adbrix: Channel Tracking

  • Cost: Amount of spent budget to acquire user through campaign using selected tracking link.
    Period: Marketing period of campaign using selected tracking link.
    If you input 'cost' information, ROI analysis is available.
    *ROI =  Sales generated by user acquired from channel / Spent budget on channel * 100


  • Tag is a customized value by marketer to organize tracking link as per use.  
    You can add tags on each tracking link to see data by tags with filter feature.


  • A user who install and open the app for the first time after integrating with Igacommom SDK. 

    If you integrate Igawcommom SDK when you launch the app on App Market, you can analyze all the new user data since beginning. 
    However, if you integrate Igacommon SDK after 6 months from the app's launching, users who's been using the app will be counted as new users. 

    Users who deleted the app:
    If the users opened the app at least once after integrating SDK, they don't count as new user even if they reinstalled the app.    


  • The report named with random numbers is Google campaign report automatically added and tracked by 'Conversion ID/Label' set in [Google Adwords Setting] and random numbers are its 'Campaign ID'.
    If you want to manage the reports by customized name rather than its 'Campaign ID', manually add a tracking link for Google campaign and input 'Campaign ID' during the process. 
    It will helps you to manage various campaign without any confusion. You can check the campaign ID for Google campaign at Adwords.


  • If you don't input a campaign ID in existing Google tracking link tracked by Conversion ID/Label, you will see separate reports for same Google Campaign.
    1) Existing Campaign tracked by Conversion ID/ Label 
    2) New campaign tracked by Campaign ID

    If you already input a Campaign ID in new Google tracking link, you cannot input the same Campaign ID in existing Google tracking link since a Campaign ID cannot be used for more than one tracking link. (Once Campaign ID is used, you can't edit or re-register.)

    Therefore, you cannot see existing campaign performance with new campaign performance in the same report even if the campaign is the same one.
    Existing campaign will no longer to be tracked and only new campaign will be tracked by Campaign ID.


  • Only in case of Display ads, you can see the click value if you input the adbrix tracking URL on Adwords tracking template.
    Other ads are not available for seeing the click value because of Google's policy.
    Since Click Value is only available for a display ad, CVR is also available only for a display. 
    *CVR(Conversion Rate, %) = New execute conversion rate per click value.


  • UAC campaign is a total campaign of Google Ads including Display, Search and YouTube ads and automatically optimizes all of them.
    adbrix does not recognize UAC campaign as one channel but separately as display, search, and YouTube ads.
    If you are running UAC campaign, you have to separately add three tracking link each for display, search and YouTube on adbrix.
    Please put one campaign ID on three tracking link only for UAC campaign since Adwords considers them as one campaign.
    Lastly, if you add tag such as 'UAC' in three tracking link, you can see campaign report in one page by using filter feature. 


  • - Install: Install index only available for Adwords campaign.
    (Google counts a install even an user who deleted the app and re-install it)
    - New Install: New user acquired after integrating adbrix SDK.
    (adbrix will not count a install if an user who used the app before and re-install it.)

  • Click: Number of clicking selected tracking links.

    Click value means 'total click value' that if tracking links are clicked 10 times, Click value is 10 as well.


  • If an user clicks the ad and installs the app within 24 hours, adbrix counts the conversion as attributed by tracking link. 
    If they click the and and install the app after 24 hours, adbrix will not count the conversion as attributed by tracking link but as 'Organic User'


  • LTV(Life Time Value) means average cost new users through selected channels spent during certain amount of time.
    For instance, if new execute users are 100 at the specific channel LTV(D14) which costs 5,000 Korean Won, New users' APRU during 14 days through the channel is 5,000 Won.


  • adbrix's tracking feature uses redirecting method.
    If you use more than two tracking solutions, create tracking URL from the other solution and use it as landing URL in adbrix tracking link.
